What does it cost
All classes are £12 when purchased as a block - run in 6/7 week blocks (during school terms), -first timers can purchase a single drop-in class - £15

What to bring
Bring a mat if you have one, I have spares for first class or if you forget. A towel and plenty of water - (sliders, swimming costume, extra towel if you fancy a dip in the organic pool after)

What to wear 
As little as you feel comfortable in!
