Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi - this class is suitable for you!  It is disciplined but my teacher once said; "please don't make my yoga boring!" I teach with reverence to the lineage of this yoga but it is not supposed to be deadly serious! You will fall over, you will sweat, you will laugh, you may not be able to do everything you want to begin with but you will see improvements in your focus, stamina, strength and balance within a few weeks of a dedicated practice. 

What to bring
Bring a mat if you have one, I have spares for first class or if you forget. A towel and plenty of water - (sliders, swimming costume, extra towel if you fancy a dip in the organic pool after)

What to wear As little as you feel comfortable in!
